Why not POP Mail?
- Messages are removed from the server when downloaded to Outlook
- Sent messages are not saved on the server, when your device gets lost or stolen, your sent items will be gone
- Very hard to make backups. Must be done manually or purchase 3rd party software.
- Does not sync with all devices
Why not IMAP Mail?
- Easily run out of disk space
- Very little disk space and hard to manage space between users.
- Does not have multi factor authentication
