My account is suspended. What happens to my services?
If we supply internet to you (Fibre, LTE, or any other internet service) we will apply for the line cancellation 3 days after suspension. The line will be cancelled the following month. Should we receive payment the cancellation could be reverted.
Our Ticketing system locks your account so Technicians cannot create support tickets to assist you. Technicians are not allowed to provide any support to a suspended account.
Microsoft 365 (Email and File Storage)
Once your account is suspended you will lose all access to your Microsoft 365 environment. This means you cannot send and receive emails. 3 days after service suspension all licenses are cancelled. This means that after 30 days of service suspension Microsoft will delete all your data stored on the MS 365 environment.
Once your account is suspended your domain will be suspended. this will result that your website will be suspended as well. If full payment is not received within 5 days after service suspension, your domain will not be renewed.
Once your account is suspended your website will be suspended. If full payment is not received within 30 days after service suspension, your website will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
Once your account is suspended you will lose all access to your emails. This means you cannot send and receive emails. Failing to pay within 30 days from the suspension date will result in the deletion of any data on the domain and this cannot be recovered.
Once your account is suspended your incoming and outgoing calls will be suspended. Failing to pay within 30 days after suspension will result in the termination of your service and all related numbers.
Once your account is suspended we stop paying suppliers for any service/software connected to your account. This results in immediate suspension.
Just Plain IT reserves the right to charge an admin fee of R350.00 excl VAT to restore any/all services.
